Southport Pier Has Seen Whole Community United Behind £20m Restoration, Says Silcock Leisure Group

Silcock Leisure Group has welcomed the news that the £20 million restoration of Southport Pier has been given the go-ahead by the Government. LJLA tops airport ‘on time’ league table as it gears up for the Easter getaway

Latest figures released by the Civil Aviation Authority show that in 2025 Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LJLA) had the best on time performance record of any UK airport, with 81% of flights operating within 15 minutes of their scheduled departure time.
