Liverpool ONE is one of Europe’s leading retail and entertainment destinations, set in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.

It has over 170 stores, bars, restaurants and leisure experiences, as well as a five-acre park. It is home to retail firsts, creative pop-ups, international flagship stores, as well as independent and local brands.

Liverpool ONE is committed to creating a welcoming experience for all visitors and continues to improve accessibility by partnering with specialists, organisations and guests, and working closely with people with lived experience.

The Liverpool ONE Guest Services Team are at the heart of assistance available, helping with a wide range of visitor enquiries, including accessibility support, helping customers plan ahead and enjoy their visit.

Hearing Loop

The Liverpool ONE Information Centre is equipped with a hearing loop.

 

SignLive

British Sign Language interpretation is available through SignLive at the Information Centre, providing additional support for Deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors.

 

Accessible and Stoma Friendly Toilets / Changing Places Facilities

Accessible toilets, stoma-friendly facilities and Changing Places spaces are available within the Information Centre on Wall Street, providing essential facilities in a central location.

 

Shopmobility

Through the partnership with Liverpool Shopmobility, visitors can access mobility equipment for loan to support independent visits around the city centre and Liverpool ONE.

 

Quiet Hour

Liverpool ONE runs a weekly Quiet Hour every Friday from 10am–11am, with over 40 stores participating. This includes reduced music, fewer activations and additional in-store support to create a calmer environment.

 

Sensory Bags

Free sensory bags are available to hire from the Information Centre and include sensory toys, ear defenders, and helpful maps and trails to support neurodiverse visitors and families.

 

Apps to Help You Out

The Liverpool ONE MyONE app helps visitors plan their trip, navigate the destination and access up-to-date information on stores, dining, events and services.
