Hospitality Apprenticeships Week 2025
Hospitality Apprenticeship Week 2025 is set to shine a national spotlight on the people powering the UK’s vibrant hospitality sector and businesses across the Liverpool City Region are being encouraged to take part.
Running from Monday 29 September to Sunday 5 October, this year’s campaign is themed “Powered by People”, celebrating the individuals, skills and ambitions that are driving the industry forward. From chefs and front-of-house staff to event planners and future leaders, apprenticeships are transforming careers and strengthening businesses across the country.
The campaign aims to:
- Raise awareness of the positive impact of apprenticeships in hospitality
- Encourage more businesses to invest in apprenticeships
- Tackle sector challenges such as skills shortages and staff retention
- Promote inclusive career pathways
- Celebrate the people shaping the future of the industry
Throughout the week, each day will spotlight a different theme — from showcasing career progression and social mobility to celebrating team spirit and individual pride. Businesses are invited to get involved by sharing apprentice stories, hosting events, and aligning their content with the daily themes using the hashtags #PoweredByPeople and #HAW2025.

- Post daily content aligned with the campaign themes

- Download the official campaign toolkit and assets
All campaign activity will be driven through social media, with a strong focus on user-generated content from apprentices, mentors and employers.
