Co-designed with key partners and stakeholders, the strategy aims to create a more inclusive, resilient, and prosperous Liverpool by 2040. The Council is now seeking feedback to ensure it fully reflects the needs of the city’s diverse business community.
Kate Bull, Director of Economic Strategy, Skills and Sustainability at Liverpool City Council, is urging businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to major employers, to contribute.
“Liverpool’s businesses are the backbone of our city’s economy and will play a pivotal role in shaping its future. This strategy is about creating an economy that works for everyone – one that provides opportunities for businesses to thrive, a strong talent pipeline, and a commitment to inclusion that benefits all communities. We need your insights to make sure this strategy is fit for purpose, ambitious, and truly representative of Liverpool’s dynamic and diverse business landscape.”
