Eurovision 2023: Information for coach operators

Eurovision is just around the corner and Liverpool City Region is gearing up to host one of the biggest parties we’ve ever had. All eyes will be on our region, as 37 countries battle it out to become winner of the Eurovision song Contest 2023.

The Eurovision events programme runs from 1 to 14 May in the city centre and to host an event of this size has meant we’ve had to make a few changes to our infrastructure.

The current coach parking facility at Keel Wharf, next to ACC Liverpool, will be out of action from 24 April until after Eurovision. The BBC now requires this space for their own use.

Liverpool City Council have made provisions for alternative coach parking on Bath Street. This is close to the waterfront and approximately a 5 -10 minute walk to the Pier Head. The facility is free of charge and can be used for drop off, parking and pick up.

Please note that this will be marshalled each day, between the hours of  7:00am and 19:00. Overnight security won’t be provided and is at owners risk. Below we have included a map (roughly) showing the location of Bath Street. Co -ordinates 53°24’33.0″N 2°59’50.7″W . What 3 Words: carbon.oiled.opera
