Pioneering study by University of Liverpool brings together global experts: £1 Billion* Initiative explores economic impact of Waterfront Transformation Project

National Museums Liverpool has partnered with the University of Liverpool’s Heritage Institute and Octopus Associates to develop the £1 Billion Initiative*. Planning approved for museums redevelopment
