The Liverpool Convention Bureau (LCB) team attended International Confex 2025 from 27-28 February, showcasing Liverpool City Region as a premier destination for business events and conferences. With an impressive lineup of stand partners and an exciting new offering, Liverpool City Region continues to position itself as a leading choice for event planners.

Where will the Liverpool Convention Bureau team be next?


There’s no rest for the Liverpool Convention Bureau team, with their next stop being New York to attend the Northstar Successful Meetings University event from the 10-12 March as part of a Meet England sales mission.

The event allows us to have one-to-one meetings with North American meeting and incentive travel planners to showcase why Liverpool City Region is the perfect destination to bring business events, meetings, conferences and incentive groups. 

Our Business Development Manager, Suzanne Watson, will be in attendance at the event, meeting with potential clients, giving presentations on Liverpool City Region’s offer and attending education sessions on the business and incentive market. 

Liverpool City Region’s incentive market is growing considerably with our venues and businesses offering unique experiences from football to food and drink and bespoke activities.
