Liverpool City Region Destination Partnership (LCRDP) is recruiting a dynamic and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help maximise the region’s tourism and investment potential.

This new opportunity comes at a pivotal time, as LCRDP advances its refreshed strategic vision and ambitious 2030 targets.
The role is central to developing and managing strategic partnerships that support the Destination Management Plan, identifying and converting commercial opportunities across the visitor economy, and leading income generation activity. Key areas of focus include sponsorship, membership, events participation and partnership programmes.
As part of LCRDP’s commercial function, the Business Development Manager will also cultivate long‑term relationships with local, national and international partners, manage the organisation’s partnership model, support members, and ensure high‑quality account management. The post also includes overseeing a Commercial Assistant and deputising for the Head of Commercial & Business when required.
Liverpool City Region Destination Partnership (LCRDP) is the Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) for the region. Supported by Liverpool City Council and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, we are responsible for promoting the six Local Authority areas as a global destination for visitors and conferences.
