We have now unveiled our new identity as the Liverpool City Region Destination Partnership (LCRDP), an integration of the Marketing Liverpool and Visitor Economy teams. Our new name and branding reflect our ambition to drive stronger collaborations and a clearer purpose.
The new organisation responds to the changing landscape of destination management. By aligning with the national LVEP framework, we are unlocking new funding streams and development opportunities while maintaining our distinctive Liverpool City Region identity and the character and aspirations of the individual boroughs.
This marks just the beginning of our journey. Our approved Destination Management Plan – download here – sets out our roadmap for sustainable growth, increased visitor spend, and stronger business performance across Liverpool City Region.
As LCRDP, we are implementing an enhanced operational model that puts business growth at its heart. This means more targeted support, streamlined communication channels, and greater opportunities for cross-sector partnerships. We’re building a framework where the voice of our stakeholders will directly shape our strategic decisions and the implementation of the new Destination Management Plan (DMP).
